Gwen Hickman

Gwen Hickman passed away on October 17, 2017 at the Grand Traverse Pavillions. Heaven’s gardens shine more beautifully with Gwen’s added hands tending to them.

Gwen left us with so many treasures from her love of baking and crafting and enjoyment of family and friends. To mourn her loss are her beloved family members; son, Brandon Thompson; grandchildren, Brandon and Rachel; her life partner, Robert “Tate” Elliott; and precious dog, Aaron. Gwen also leaves behind three great-grandchildren, two sisters, and many nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by all who loved and cared for her.

Gwen was predeceased by parents, Billy and Mildred Hickman; and brother, Robert Hickman. A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, October, 28, from 12 to 4 at Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth, Michigan.
