Gloria FrancIs Guastella

Gloria FrancIs Guastella, age 92 of Cumming, Georgia and former longtime resident of Livonia, passed away on December 2, 2019.

Gloria was born on October 2, 1927 in Detroit, Michigan to her parents, the late Walter and Theresa (nee Goike) Murawski. She is the beloved wife of the late Charles Guastella; loving and devoted mother of five children – Pamela (The late Gary) Porman, Bruce (Kim) Guastella, Keith (Sharon) Guastella and Debra Guastella. She is pre-deceased by her son, the late, Shawn Guastella; proud grandmother of nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Being a mother and a grandmother and a great-grandmother provided much joy and happiness to Gloria. She was so loved and adored by her beloved family. She enjoyed spending precious time with them whenever there was an opportunity. To her, family was a great gift in her life. One of her favorite pastimes was having fun and experiencing the excitement of spinning the wheels on the slot machines at the casino.

Friends may visit the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth on Thursday, December 5, 2019 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. There will be a rosary service at 7:00 PM.

Gloria will be in-state from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the 10:30 A.M. Funeral Mass at St. Kenneth Catholic Church, 14951 North Haggerty Road, Plymouth on Friday, December 6, 2019.

She will be laid to rest at Parkview Memorial Cemetery in Livonia.
