George Wayne Kiester, age 80 of Plymouth, passed away with his family surrounding him on October 5, 2015. Born in South Rockwood, Michigan to parents: George Eleanor Kiester on October 20, 1934. On September 16, 1966, George married the love of his life, Suzanne Wollesen. George is survived by his children, Michael (Nina) Horvath, Shelly (Jason) Smith, Sherry (Jay) Bowerman and Stacey (John) Parker. Proud Papa of 10 and great Papa of 1. Preceded in death by his grandson Joshua. Dear brother of David (Shirley) Kiester, Mary Jean (Randy) Penner, Reva (Jim) Reabe, James (Anita) Kiester, Dottie (Jim) Holton and the late Lillian Lee Judith Clare. George was an avid bowler and a fan of all Detroit Sports. George will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Funeral service Friday, October 9th 11:00am at Praise Baptist Church, 45000 North Territorial Rd, Plymouth with visitation beginning at 10:00am until time of service. Friends may visit the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main St., Plymouth on Thursday, October 8th from 2:00pm-9:00pm. There will be a Masonic Service at 7:00pm.
