Florence Margaret Bordine

Florence passed away at Heartland of Ann Arbor on Sunday, February 20, 2011 at the age of 87. She was born at West Palm Beach, Florida on September 3, 1923 the daughter of Frederick and Sarah (Boyett) Stewart. In 1943 she married Roger Bordine and together they shared 52 years of marriage. Roger passed away in 1994. Florence was devoted to her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and is survived by her two children Kerry (Phyllis) Bordine and Cheryl Meixner. Nine grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death by her two brothers and one sister. Florence was active in her church, the Cherry Hill United Methodist Church of Canton, and the United Methodist Women. She was also a member of the Plymouth Grange and the Canton Historical Society.

Visitation will be held at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth on Thursday from 5pm until 9pm. Funeral services will follow from the funeral home on Friday at 11am.
