Emily A. Bullotta

Bullotta, Emily A. passed away October 23, 2011, at the age of 93. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Dominic, and her dear son, Richard C. Bullotta. She is survived by her son, Ronald (Barbara) Bullotta, and her daughters-in-law, Mary Jane Bullotta and Caroline Cassels. Also survived by her grandchildren Susan A. Bullotta, Emily Beth Chezes, and R. Michael (Laura) Bullotta, Richard (Wendy) Bullotta, James Bullotta, Thomas (Natasha) Bullotta, William (Margot) Bullotta, 10 great-grandchildren, step grandchildren Steven Unger, Shannon (Trent) Ross and Stacey (William) Matthias, and 2 step great-grandchildren. Mrs. Bullotta is the dear sister of Elizabeth (Albert) Imhoff and brother Charles (Mary Lou) Alexander and the late James Alexander, Beatrice Friend, and William Alexander. She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews. Mrs. Bullotta was a retired retail sales associate and dress buyer for Hoberman's Store in West Chester, Pennsylvania, and later Belk's Department Store in Florida. She was raised in Chester County, Pennsylvania, and moved to Port Richey, Florida, in 1978. She then moved to Plymouth, Michigan, in 2011. She was a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish in Plymouth. Mrs. Bullotta was an avid golfer and bridge player having been active in bridge and golf groups at Timber Oaks in Port Richey, Florida. She also loved to cook and especially spend time with her family.

Funeral Services will take place Tuesday, October 25, 2011, 10:30AM at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, 47650 N. Territorial Rd., Plymouth. Friends may visit at Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 S. Main St., Plymouth, Monday 7-9PM and at church Tuesday beginning at 10AM. A scripture service will be held Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Angela Hospice, 14100 Newburgh Rd., Livonia, MI 48154.
