Betty was a lifelong member of St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Livonia. Her church family was as important to her as her own family. She loved the feeling of community and being attached with her friends who held that same common need for spiritual guidance and direction they received together at worship. Her church was just like one very large family where everyone knew her name just like her own family did.
