Eli Owen Nichols of Plymouth, passed away July 21, 2016, at the age of 75. He was born in Dearborn, Michigan, to Eli and Libby (nee Paris) Nichols. Eli is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Carol (nee Sheridan) Nichols, his 2 loving daughters Wendy (Rick) Hawley, and Laura (Steve) Telesco, his 5 precious grandchildren Rick Owen, Nicholas, Owen, Henry, and William, and his dear sister Beth (Rick) Bollinger.
Eli spent 30 years working as a Designer for Chrysler. When he was not working, Eli loved sailing, painting, gardening, and photography. Most of all he loved woodworking toys for his grandchildren. Eli was greatly loved and will be deeply missed.
The Nichols family has entrusted the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home with private services.
