Elaine Joyce Moss

Passed away at her home with her family beside her on Friday, March 7, 2014 at the age of 75. Elaine was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on April 16, 1938, the daughter of Edward and Isobel ( nee Sheldron ) Ellis. She resided in the Philadelphia area until she was about 10 years old then the family moved to the Dearborn area. She graduated from Fordson High School in Dearborn and then attended Michigan State University briefly. Among Elaine's many enjoyments was reading mystery and true crime books, going to the movies and shopping. She was devoted to her dogs yet it was her family that meant the most. She lost her husband Harold Moss in 2013 and is survived by her children Tracy ( Mark ) Range, Scott and Shawn ( Jackie ) She also leaves her grandchildren, Aaron, Zachary, Jacob, Christopher, Benjamin and Brody. A private memorial will be held.
