Passed away at Brighton Gardens of Northville on August 16, 2010 at the age of 82. Edward was born in Bogota, New Jersey on May 2, 1928, the son of Edward and Theresa (Cassulo) Corona. He served with the United States Army during World War II and was retired from General Motors as an auditor. He is survived by his wife Dorothy and children Cheri (Ken) McGill, Lee (Gary) Horton and Debra (Ron) Bureau. Three grandchildren Rebecca and Mathew Horton and Kara Burean along with his mother Theresa Corona and his siblings, Neil (Carol), Arthur (Laural) and Angie Corona also survive. A private Memorial Service will be held and later his remains will be intered at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly. Contributions are suggested to either Odyssey Hospice or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
