Edna Faye Hensley, passed away at her home with her family beside her on Thursday, August 11, 2011, at the age of 71. Faye, as she was known, was born in Dyersburg, Tennessee, on February 17, 1940, the daughter of Oscar and Mary (Fowler) Joslin. For years she owned a beauty salon. She is survived by her children, Tommy ( Stacey ) Gwaltney, Tammy Henry and Kim (Roger) Wallington; her grandchildren, Brittnay, Chloe, Tia and Jacob; her
great-granddaughter, Brooklynn; her sister, Patsy (Bruce) Williams; her niece, Stephanie; and her nephew, Zachary. She also leaves behind many dear friends. A memorial service will be annouced at a later date.
