Dorothy Nadine Sundell

Passed away at the Henry Ford Village in Dearborn on Friday, January 11, 2013 at the age of 95. Nadine, as she liked to be called, was born in Robertson County, TN on May 3, 1917, the daughter of Jesse Cleveland and Laura Ransom ( Clendenin ) Morris. She received her early education in the Tennessee Public Schools, then attended Martin College and Peabody University both in Tennessee then finished her college education at the University of Michigan. She taught elementary school in Robertson County, TN then at Franklin High School in Livonia. She had also worked for the Ford Motor Company for 17 years. She was preceded in death by her husbands Charles V. Hatton in 1959 and David L. Sundell in 1988. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 11 am until time of the funeral service at 1:30 pm at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main , Plymouth. Contributions are suggested to Arbor Hospice.
