Dennis James Jonathan Doering, age 44 passed away on March 7, 2016. He was born in Livonia on October 2, 1971. He is survived by his beloved wife, Melissa and will surely be missed by his dog, Oxy. Dennis is the loving son of Roger and Linda Doering, and dearest brother of Michael James Doering, and his beloved niece Hannah Aiko Doering. He is also survived by his father and mother-in-law, Robert and Robin Ansama, brother-in-law, Mike Ansama and grandmother in-law, Shirley Ansama. Dennis also is survived by a large "family" of coworkers from where he worked at TSA.
Dennis was blessed with much creativity as it related to the art world. He truly was a gifted artist with the ability to work with many varieties of material to create various works of art. He was self taught and his works included pen and ink, jewelry design, tattoo design and tattoo work. He was very proud of his stained glass window of a dragon. His inspiration came from a piece of glass that resembled fire which motivated him to create the dragon piece. Dennis had a unique sense of fun sarcasm. He could always make those around him laugh and smile. He was also an avid reader and had his kindle on him wherever he went. Dennis was also very proud of his Scottish heritage. He visited Scotland twice once after his high school graduation for nearly 5 months.
Dennis is deeply loved and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.Memorial Service is pending.
