David J. Hartmeyer, age 40 precious son of John & Sharon passed away on May 23, 2015. Beloved brother of Jerry (Brenda) Hartmeyer, Joellyn Hartmeyer and Michael (Jennifer) Hartmeyer. Loving uncle of Joshua, Jordan and Sean. Beloved nephew of Joanne Hartmeyer, James (Vivian) Hartmeyer, Vickie (Jerry) Witt and Gary (Elizabeth) Popp. To my Nephew, David. For forty years you dared to let physical challenges defeat you. You fought and won. You taught us things we needed to learn. You loved us unconditionally. You showed us how to appreciate the simple things in life. And...oh yes...you were the King of the Family Wii Bowling Tournament! You celebrated 40 years last week surrounded by family, and then left us to move on to something better. Safe travels, Sweet Boy. We love you and will miss you desperately. Love, Aunt Joanne.
