Alden David Burley passed away February 11, 2019 at the age of 67. He was born September 9. 1951 to Hugh Alden and Elizabeth (Bock) Burley in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
David retired from the University of Michigan after 34 years of service. He was a member of Plymouth-Ann Arbor Elks Lodge #325, Plymouth Rock Masonic Lodge #47, Moslem Shriners and Valley of Detroit Scottish Rites. He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by several cousins and his friends at the lodges, including Dale Sirkle, and friends Linda Conway and Renee Coulter.
There will be a Memorial Gathering for David at the Plymouth-Ann Arbor Elks Lodge, 41700 Ann Arbor Rd., Plymouth, Sunday, March 10, 2019 from 1pm until 4pm. There will be a Funeral Service Monday, March 11, 10am at United Memorial Gardens Chapel, 4800 Curtis Rd., Plymouth, Michigan 48170.
