Dale Dauderman, age 88 of Plymouth, passed away on December 22, 2016. Born in Detroit on January 9, 1928 to Irwin & Gladys Dauderman. Proudly served in the United Sates Army during the Korean War. Dale moved to Plymouth in 1953 from Detroit and became well known in the Plymouth Community as the Manager of S&W Hardware on the corner of Main Street and Ann Arbor Road. After leaving S&W, he became a partner in Power Tools of Michigan. In 1971, Dale joined the Plymouth Lions Club and devoted himself to helping children and the blind. One of his greatest accomplishments in the Lions Club was serving as Club President. Dale was also proud of being a member of the Plymouth Elks Lodge and the First Presbyterian Church of Plymouth. For over fifteen years, Dale volunteered for Meals on Wheels and delivered thousands of meals to seniors.
Survived by his loving wife, Sally; children, Guy (Debie) Dauderman, Lyn (John) Misener, step- children, Jeffrey (Lisa) Navarre and Jennifer (Tom) Conti; proud grandfather of Tommy (Katie) Conti, Natalie Conti, Hank Navarre and Nick Navarre.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at the First Presbyterian Church, 701 Church Street, Plymouth with family receiving friends beginning at 10:00am until time of service at 11:00am.
