Charles R. J. Nicholls

Charles R. J. Nicholls passed away June 30, 2012 at the age of 89. Charles lost the love of his life Gladys May, his wife of 64 years, earlier this year. He is the beloved father of Norma(John)Lamb, Charles"Nick"(Charlotte)Nicholls, and Richard(Cheryl)Nicholls. Dearest grandfather of Johnny(Kelly)Lamb, Melanie(Eric)Paesani-Girard, Brian(Erica)Lamb, Philip(Brook)Lamb, and Peter(Jacqui)Lamb. Dear great grandfather of Ethan and Payton Lamb, Alexis and Brittany Paesani, Sydney Girard, Brenden and Brandi Lamb. Charles retired from Ford Motor Company as a Machine Repairman after 30 years of service. He was a Ministerial Servant at North Dearborn Heights Congregation of Jehovah's Witness. He was an avid reader, reading everything he could get his hands on. He was also a collector of books. Charles mostly loved spending time with his family and his wife. A Memorial Service will be scheduled for later this month.
