Carol Ann Palombo-Woods

Carol passed away at St. Mary Mercy Hospital in Livonia, on Thursday, November 17, 2011, at the age of 65. She was born in Detroit, the daughter of Paul J. and Marjorie M. (Berry) Palombo, on September 8, 1946. She worked as a teacher in the parochial school system. Carol is survived by her husband, Thomas, and her children, Thomas Woods, Timothy (Colleen) Woods and Jennifer (John) Marcon. She is also survived by her five grandchildren, Jenna, Austin, Evan, Ethan and Nolan, her brother, Paul (Betty) Palombo Jr., and Joanne (John) Watterson.

Visitation will be held on Saturday from 5pm until 9pm and Sunday from 1pm until 9pm at Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth. Visitation will continue on Monday 12 noon until time of the Funeral Mass at 12:30pm at The Church of the Holy Family, 24505 Meadowbrook, Novi. Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Southfield. Contributions are suggested to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Michigan Chapter, 21311 Civic Center Drive, Southfield, MI 48076-3911.
