Brenda Kay Mackey

Brenda Mackey passed away suddenly at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital on January 2, 2013 at the age of 48. Brenda was born on January 26, 1964 the daughter of Willie R. and Verline E. ( Gambrell ) Nash. She graudated from Plymouth-Canton High School. Brenda loved attending functions at the Eagles Lodge and attending Figure 8 racing events. Together with her significant other, Ronnie Mackey, they built a home in Ypsilanti. She loved family events and adored her beloved pets, Jewel, Misty and Dude. She is survived by her " soul mate " Ronnie and her father Willie R. Nash. Also surviving are her sisters, Sheila (Thomas) Howick, Wanda (Kevin Denski) Nash and Glenda (George) Wallace and nieces and nephews Jennifer(Brad)Bridges, Michael, Derek, Tonio, Josette, Taryn, Jessica and Jakob and great nieces and nephew Gabrirel, Monique and Alexis. Visitation will be held on Monday from 12 noon until the time of the funeral service at 4 pm at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth.
