Arlene W. Allan

Arlene passed away on July 28, 2011, at the age of 89, at St. Mary Mercy Hospital in Livonia. She was born in Dearborn, the daughter of the late Alexander and Mary E. ( Cocking ) Allan. She resided in Dearborn before moving to the Plymouth area. She worked as a secretary-supervisor for the New York Central Railroad, retiring in the mid 1980's. She loved to play cards, especially pinochle. Arlene is preceded in death by her sister, Jean A. Allan, and brother, Donald Allan.

Visitation will be held at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth, on Sunday from 2pm until 5pm. Funeral service will follow on Monday at 11am from the funeral home with the Reverend Marsha Wooley officiating.
