Anni Newsom

Anni Newsom, age 59 of Grand Ledge, passed away peacefully on April 23, 2013. Born in Detroit to the late John & Jean Bruny on October 29, 1953. Beloved wife of 25 years to Greg. Loving mother of Brent Newsom. Precious grandmother of Halle Newsom. Dear sister of Wendy (Mike) Martin and Tom Bruny. Also survived by many loving cousins. Anni adored cats, working in her garden and was truly connected to her spiritual side and strongly believed being kind to everyone she met. Her creativity and ability was amazing as shown by her talents in both indoor and outdoor decorating. A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11:00am from the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home 280 South Main St., Plymouth. Visitation will be held on Thursday 5:00-8:00pm and Friday 1:00-8:00PM.
