Alice M. Pompea,age 75 of Northville and formerly of Beverly Hills, MI, passed away on October 11, 2013. Wife of the late Ralph George Pompea, beloved mother of Michele (Dan) Kaline, MaryAnne (Derek) Dyer and Ralph (Kelly) Pompea, proud grandmother of Stephen Kaline, Claire Kaline, Aidan Dyer and Lauren Dyer. Dear sister of Mary Ellen Bowman and Dear Aunt of Deborah (Greg) Thomas, Catherine (Greg) Mickle, John (ShirleyAnn) Pompea, Greg (Kelly) Pompea Alice, a devoted mother, grandmother sister and friend lived a full life. She was always looking for her next new adventure whether big or small. She loved spending time with friends, attending theatre, singing in choir, arguing about politics and was a seasoned traveler. She touched so many lives with her warmth, sense of humor and kindness. Alice spent her life caring for others whether reading a story to her grandchildren or working in her profession as a nurse. She will be lovingly missed by her family and friends. Friends may visit the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home 280 South Main St, Plymouth on Monday from 4:00pm-9:00pm with a Rosary service at 7:00pm A funeral mass we be celebrated on Tuesday, 10:30am at Our lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church 47650 North Territorial Rd, Plymouth, visitation will begin at 10:00am until time of funeral mass. Mrs. Pompea will be buried next to her beloved husband Ralph at Oakview Cemetery in Royal Oak. Memorials may be made to Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church Building Fund in memory of Alice M. Pompea.
